As educators we recognise an inclusive school will enable children’s well-being to maximise their learning. School leaders have become familiar with the need to:
• enable pupil voice offering them a deeper learning about themselves and their learning experiences
• generate rich, robust data to secure an intelligence led approach
• engage with families to enable effective partnership working
